They overcharge customers.
More than once, the employee who works at night by himself, without the boss being there, would overcharge people. In general, you go and talk to the owners, but it doesn't do any good because the guy would just ignore the boss and do whatever he feels like doing. I cant afford to go to a different store and it's not only me and he is doing this to others as well.
