I ordered 4 sets of 50 micro link extensions to have my hair done. My order arrived in one box weighing one ounce with 1 set of 50 links inside. The company had no phone number and refuses to honor the order. They said they have proof that I received the entire order by sending me a screenshot of 4 sets of 50 links next to a shipping box. I never touched the 50 they sent as I can"t do anything with them. They were paid upfront by a third party, Sezzle, so they have no reason to fulfill the order. This is fraud and theft and they must be made to reimburse Sezzle so Sezzle can reimburse me. I only wanted the other 4 sets. They won't send them. Resolution Sought I want my money back and an address to return the 1 set of 50 links they sent.

At SL Raw Virgin Hair, we always put our customers first and pride ourselves on providing the best possible customer experience. To make sure that we are always meeting our customers' expectations, we have strict quality control measures and transparent policies in place regarding product quality and delivery accuracy. We follow specific procedures to make sure each customer receives their order promptly and without any damage. Our system portal allows us to document and track every order from start to finish. Once an order is placed, it is photographed and scanned into our system before being weighed by our delivery carrier for shipment. On August 31st, 2022 at 12:59 pm, Tawanna's order was delivered with signature confirmation. At 1:47 pm on the same day, Tawanna contacted customer support, stating that she felt her items had not been shipped and that the company never shipped her items. After we assured Tawanna that her items had been shipped with signature confirmation and provided her with proof, along with her tracking number (420080129302110944101495876152), she then accused the company of signing her package on her behalf. Shortly after, Tawanna emailed us stating that she indeed received her package and said the mailman signed for her package. On September 2nd, 2022 we received another notice from Tawanna stating that she had missing hair tool accessories from her order and she wanted to know when would it be delivered. After thoroughly looking through our files receipt we can confirm that we did not have a 2nd order for Tawanna. The customer was unable to provide us with a confirmation receipt or any indication that she had purchased the hair tools. Tawanna then accused the company of not sending her the hair tools she claimed to have ordered, and stated that she was also missing some hair extensions. According to our protocol, we investigate each claim of missing items by checking our inventory log as well as all documentation related to the order in question. After further review, we discovered that the customer was attempting to pull a fast one and obtain free hair products and tools after further examination. When we showed Tawanna that we had proof and evidence that her goods were sent, she began harassing the company with threats and allegations of wrongdoing. We've looked into this order internally since then, and due to falsified data, the case has been terminated. The portal log and surveillance provided by our company support that the customer actually received her 4 packs of hair tips totaling 200 links. Consequently, the customer's bank has marked this case resolved based on the supportive evidence and documentation supplied by us.

Why do they keep talking about hair tools? Where is the hair? Where are the other 3 sets of 50 microlinks? Stop changing the subject? The took costs a few dollars and can be purchased anywhere! The hair cost $466 and you only sent 1/4th of the purchase. Where is the hair? Answer that question!
