Trying to return fencing slats due to inability to secure in my fence. Track will not run thru my fence to secure individual slats. Not asking for return of bundle I opened, just unopened bundles. They where bought through Amazon and third party seller was Slat Depot. I have been hashing the problem of getting correct label to send back since end of August. Seems like neither Amazon nor slat depot will make a direct call to one or the other to get this handled. Of course Amazon promises all of their help and resolution but nothing happens. Jaden at Slat depot pretty much says its my problem. Please help. The total cost is $531.51. I had help loading slats in my car and took to shipping store. Was even considering just getting it out of my frustration and paying to send back( which I shouldnt have had to do anyway) but after they told me it would probably cost over $200.00 I Had another person load back in my car which is where they sit until I know what to do with them. So many details thst r important but too much to write. First Amazon emplyee I spoke with told me would do A-Z CLAIM and that I would have nothing else to worry about. Throw away if want to....not even returning items since seller did not respond to their first request. Obviously, I knew better not to do anything with slats and hang on to for return. Resolution Sought Return label sent with postage pd so they can get their unused product back. My account credited.
