I bought my bed in September. First available delivery was in October. 2 weeks into wait they called to say there was mix up and they couldn't deliver it until the next week (if I took off from work) or sometime in December for a Saturday. Took off from work and it was delivered last Friday. When they set it up and started to show me the controls only one side of the bed worked. called it, where I told my story all over again. After listening to her about she can't see the bed so she didn't know if it is safe to sleep on.. I sent her this picture. And all she kept saying to me was ok grab your control and I will fix the side that doesn't work. Finally I said I'm not worried about that anymore I worried the bed falling underneath me! Wrote review on sleep number page. Corporate just called me to let me know no way they can come get bed earlier than Nov 9 and that agent lied about 5 to 7 business days.. because its 5 to 7 from the date of pick up. And if I remove bed from my room so that I can sleep in a bed. They will check the bed for damage and still charge me for it. Resolution Sought I want bed removed now and money refund so I can get a bed to sleep on. I have back issues and sleeping on floor isn't helping
