Slomins advertised there ALARM w CAMERA DOORBELL on WDAS. I phoned they came and installed the alarm and doorbell that never worked. I continuously phoned SLOMINS that the system was not working properly. They never came out to repair. The POLICE kept coming to my house because the alarm kept going off. I was not aware there was a contract was never told. The sign. that I signed was told to me was for the installation and I gave him $99. After bad service I blocked my autopsy. Now they are suing me for over 3k. Resolution Sought STOP advertising and not telling consumers it's a contract. Service your equipment, stop targeting AFRICAN AMERICANS on Black radio stations and not being upfront of your intentions...

I have a contract with Slomins oil to deliver heating oil and I am having a problem getting them to deliver said oil. My property is fenced and there is no access to my back yard where the oil tank is, have informed Slomins that to call ahead when there are going a delivery. On two occasion the truck came by last week early in the morning and I was not aware until I saw the truck driving away. I have made a request for a delivery of oil last week and whenever I call I am told sometime today its been 10 days now and my oil is almost finished. Resolution Sought I would like for them to deliver when they promised.
