Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This law firm has a case against my twin sister. The problem is, they filed with her name, but my social security number (our names differ by 2 letters, and our ssn differs by 2 digits). They admitted the error and said they would fix after getting the affidavit in the mail. However, they did not, and now Chase bank has removed funds as garnishment on my accounts. I have called and called and emailed, per their direction, to no avail. No one will call me back to even assure me they are working on this. Chase states that they have to receive the check, then return it, before they can process the funds back to me. This whole situation is the firm's mistake, and I have nothing to do with my sister or her situation. It has been 3 weeks now, and I am still out my money, and I cannot get any help from this firm. Please help. Resolution Sought Call me back, get my money, apologize.
