Customer Complaint

Bought a used car $35k and was told it was inspected and only needed a arm rest replaced. After picking up the front windshield had a Crack in driver view, rear brakes and rotors shot. Also service suspension light comes on and off. And a thumping sound. Which ended up being a tire and bent rim. Tried calling for sales rep Garrett. And hasn't return calls. Didn't even get call for the windshield or arm rest only had car a week and can't drive. Also wrote the miles wrong on title as I brought the car and haven't driven the miles they listed. I have pictures and voice recording of conversations. If nothing can be reimbursed as I have to get fixed since I live in another state and not safe to drive. I will be filling suit. I have also called NC dmv to inform them of mileage and false inspection which car wouldn't pass with bad break(metal to metal) and 10in crack in driver view. Resolution Sought Reimbursement or something.
