Went to a seminar after going home and reading in full the contract that was just highlighted. Decided that i was not interested in their service contract stated moneys were refundable at 100 as long as you were not cremated. Called company sent email stating did not want service as instructed now after numerous emails and phone calls bottom line no credit back to my credit card company as of yet 16 days after requesting it. only took 24 hrs for the charge to go on why 16 days for it to still not come off i think its a scam i will not let this go they will have to deal with me i am tenacious until i get my refund i will not rest. Resolution Sought I want a credit for 499.00 back on my credit card.
