Solar panels installed November 2021. I was told it would replace current electric bill. Now getting two bills, electric and solar. Have called many times. No one will return my calls. Finally called salesman and he said that it sounds like the system was never turned on after installation but he would get someone to return my calls. That was a week ago today and I still haven't had anyone reach out to resolve my problem. Resolution Sought Either get my system up and running so I'm not receiving the two separate bills or come take the panels off. I can't afford two bills. Also, they should reimburse me for when I was paying two bills since this is clearly their oversight.

In late November of 2020 I purchased solar panels from SET, yet they were not installed until end of March 2021. That was the first issue I had with them but not the last. A couple of months pass by and I notice absolutely no reduction on my electricity bill. So I contacted them the first time around June and they just gave me an app to monitor the electricity production of the panels. So they are indeed producing electricity, but why I'm no seeing any benefit. I called my Electricity company (pg&e) and turns out they never finished the process with them or the city. I've emailed and called them many times but nothing has been done or I just get transferred to someone that never answers. I already lost a year of life from those panels and have been diligently paying for them. Resolution Sought To finish the process and compensate ne for the year lost . Or take the panels back and refund me in full.

We have applied to the power company and are waiting on approval from them to operate, I'm hoping this happens in the next week or so. I'm also working on compensation for the year of payment pedro has been making.

Panels have indeed been allowed to operate by my power company. As of today 5/30/22 I have not received any voice, email or mail communication regarding the compensation for the year the solar panels were just decorations on my roof.
