Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They keep harassing me, saying I owe money, the Oklahoma department of license compliance, gave me a letter to get my breathalyzer removed, he stated in the letter the restriction was removed in 2023,and they charged me another year and a half, and refused to take it off,I requested the removal in January and they refused, the officer said that was illegal Resolution Sought Refund my money, and leave me alone

This company is just taking peoples money, they have faulty equipment and it cost the customer money cause the device gives incorrect information and when you try to call them all they want is money. Who's regulating this operation, there should be oversight to ensure that the equipment is properly regulated to ensure they are not stealing money from customers. They have a monopoly and something should be done! Resolution Sought I would like for them to stop taking unnecessary money from customers it's sad how they operate!
