Purchase a 2015 GMC Terrin pay 16000 cash on December 26 2021 and can not get the dealer to get the vehicle register after 2 and haft months we cannot drive it and they will not register it state of Tennessee Dealer have to collect sale tax and title fee we have all the correct paper work Matt Kelly just does not want to pay the state taxes on it please help Resolution Sought To get my vehicle register and get our tag sent to us.
