I called SmartEnergy to get a $100 Visa for signing up. I spoke to a person there and they told me I would be paying 0111 cents for kilowatt hour. On 8/14/2023. I got my welcome package 8/21 /2023. And now they want to charge me 13.60 per kilowatt hour. Resolution Sought I would like for them to stop my account.

2 times SmartEnergy promised $200 in Visa Gift cards if l sign up for Smart Energy & remain a SmartEnergy customer for more than 6 months. They say l cancelled Smart Energy 2 x after only 5 months. I never have contacted or been contacted to say l am changing services, the say l have cancelled after 5 months. All lve done since signing up is faithfully paying my power bill by autopay all this time. Now they are making the pitch again promising the same thing, but l don't believe they ever plan to honor their falsly advertised incentive. Im angry they keep saying it's my fault or of my doing that they haven't honored their promise 2x before & now they are making the promise again. My Delmarva Power bill is autopay through M & T bank and the debit acct card are both and have consistently remained active for years. Resolution Sought The Smart Energy Co. Not promise to Honor offer, but actually acknowledge that l already qualified & pay their incentive offer.
