Well I thought I was paying my electric bill with them but I wasn't now I'm due to get disconnected Resolution Sought Paid $308.00 to aes so I don't get disconnected.

I called SmartEnergy to get a $100 Visa for signing up. I spoke to a person there and they told me I would be paying 0111 cents for kilowatt hour. On 8/14/2023. I got my welcome package 8/21 /2023. And now they want to charge me 13.60 per kilowatt hour. Resolution Sought I would like for them to stop my account.
