I have put in several maintenance requests to have the furnace in my rental home fixed. Smartland continues to mark these requests as complete once someome comes to see what is going on but the issue has never been resolved. Request have been made since Sept 2022. My family is constantly waking up freezing in the middle of the night because temps in the house drop below 50 degrees due to the furnace not working properly. I have tried working with Smartland to resolve this issue but they are clearly not serious about fixing the issue. Resolution Sought Start by sending a certified technician to come assess the issue. Fix the issue permanently, do not just put a bandaid on it and have the issue continue to reoccur. Lastly we would like rent discounted for 7 months which is the length of time we have been trying to get the issue rectified.

Company states; Our technician called to inform the tenant that we are coming to get a reading and she said that the furnace works fine since HVAC was there. I informed her that we are still requiring a reading because an official complaint was made that that we must respond to and close. From Property Manager: I also spoke with her and she said it was working fine.
