Smartstop Storage is by far the worse place to rent a unit from!

TEQUILA IS AMAZING WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND TREATS YOU FAIRLY AND GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MEET YOUR NEEDS...IF YOU'RE BLACK OR AFRICAN AMERICAN!!! other than that she is SUPER GHETTO with a HORRIBLE BAD ATTITUDE!!! Derek the district manager is uneducated and rude! My BF and I rented 2 units for 8 mos and we get evicted for staying after hours? Mind you we always made our payments on time NEVER DELINQUENT! There were several robberies vandalism break-ins car jackings occuring every night and Smartstop Storage knew who was responsible and failed to do anything about it...My unit was broken into, therefore felt the need to stay after hours to make sure our things were ok...We couldn't afford to rent a truck and relocate our belongings...That was good enough reason to steal what was ours and "junk"it... Smartstop Storage never worked with us nor showed any compassion, they totally disregarded us in every way shape and form...There was a fire that happened there and several units got damaged , they cashed in on the insurance money and neglected to fix the damages there....We are outraged upset and infuriated with how they handled and treated us...Giving Smartstop Storage 1 star is too much for them they don't deserve anything!
