I requested that my dental aligner to he canceled the company if refusing to honor my request. I have not received any service from them yet and they have not fabricated the aligners. I told them I would pay for the dental implant kit they sent me and I was told by a customer service representative my order would be cancel but I got an email from a representative saying they would set up an appt for me to go to a office in persons and I would have to pay for the service. I refuse the service 3 times in email but my request get ignored y the representative. Resolution Sought Please cancel my order and I will pay for the dental impression kit that were sent to me and the other money refunded.
