I paid smiley to fix my passenger side window. The windows are automatic. It stopped working after a few months now they won't me to pay again to fix it. I have the warranty so they don't want to fix it correctly because I only pay a percentage but that's why I got the warranty. Resolution Sought Get my money back.

Rosemary was here on a Friday saying her window was inop, tech went out to check it out he said yes it was not working. He pulled into the shop to diagnose it and the window started working fine. My service mgr. went out to check it as well and he said the same thing that the window was going up and down just fine. When we pulled it out she left in a big hurry saying she had to pick someone up from school. We have not heard back from her. All she has to do is call in and make an appointment and they will se what is going on if it is currently not working.
