We took our 96 firebird to get worked. They put a new fuel pump in the car which it's visible it's new. Was told they changed the oil and put a new fuel filter in. They lied! They did not change the oil and charged us for it. I personally changed the oil myself and it was old oil. Filter had not been changed either. I bought new fuel injectors as I was told they needed replaced. They did not need new ones at all and was charged for that also. They cut my main wires stating they had to do so because of the security system to get it to start. The wires had nothing to do with anything. Now I've got a tangled mess of wires that are twisted back together. Charged me twice on the towing fee as well. They have lied from day one. Told us as well we needed a new engine. Found out we do not need a new engine. They tried to bill us for more money for work that had not been done and didn't need done. Resolution Sought We want our money refunded back to us. $100 for an oil change and filter. The $500 we should have had left over out of our money for parts that wasn't needed. $150 that was charged extra to us for towing. $950 for parts that wasn't necessary. $1700 refunded to us.
