I was leaving the dollar store on 3noch Dr. In Mobile AL. As I began to emerge of the turning lane to get back in traffic a truck that could yield the right away wouldn't let me in, forcing me to stop or hit oncoming traffic. When I made to the stop light, I told the driver hey sir, you have to yield to oncoming traffic, that driver to me these words, I don't have to yield to no n***** and that he would kick my f........g a.., So I contacted the company that told me that they would handle it and get back with me once they identified the truck and driver. Nevertheless I was hiring on with a local HVAC company here in Mobile, who turned out to be doing work at the same building that the Smith Elc. Guy was working at, the same guy that called me a nigger, so I turned the job opportunity down because of the racists employee that Smith Elc. Employed. I don't want to be in that kind of environment. Just wondering if the entire company is that way and if so how safe is it to work around these kind of people, Resolution Sought Written apology from the driver and company.

Please be advised that their response is not acceptable, in order to satisfy my curiosity, I'm just wondering how far they will go to cover up their wrongs instead of tring to make it right, all they need to do is just submit a written apology. However, that same day my dashboard cam was running and caught the whole thing and what was said by whom. Right now this information is being prepared for the social media net works for people to see for themselves, just what kind of people Smith and electric are racists.
