Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Horrible. Never truly represented me. Just took my money and dropped me as a client. Filed false paperwork and forged my name like I signed it to judge. Never treated me as a client never really discussed my case with me. Over charged me. Broke his code of ethics that he's sworn to. Made me lose my case that I had to handle myself. He wasn't supposed to be able to drop me unless I had proper counsel, so I'm assuming he lied to judge as well. Resolution Sought I want my money back and to be compensated for the money he cost me. I was in a 20 year nightmare of a marriage and because of the abuse I suffered I should have gotten alimony plus my ex should of had to buy me out of his $180,000 business he was able to build because I stayed home with kids.
