This business is a mobile home renter. I have made several attempts to have repairs done to my unit that were required since move in date I have made repairs that they claim to have done. Landlord has even told me my rent would be adjusted. This property management has failed to make attempts and seeking to break lease with out penalties and full deposit. Resolution Sought Refund adjustment and full refund as I'm not happy with property management to look for another location to rent.
