I took my vehicle to have a oil leak fixed. I was told I would have my car back 5 hours after I dropped it off. A week later I am still waiting on my vehicle that has not been touched and they are trying to charge me more saying it is taking longer than they expected. Resolution Sought I want a refund and other people to know they lie and try to charge you for things they do not do.

Company Response

Company's letter states: First of all, they brought their vehicle in to have the rear main seal replaced. they dropped their vehicle off on Monday Feb. 28 2022! Their vehicle got put in to the shop on Tuesday afternoon March 1st and they picked up the vehicle Wednesday March 2nd. We have a letter in our lobby for everyone to read that states just because you have an appointment doesn't mean it will be repaired that day, but simply to get in line. We cannot foresee issues that may arise with vehicles that are already in the shop and those repairs take longer. Yes, the labor time for this repair was 5 hours and that is the labor item they were charged. An estimate is just that an estimate, it is not written in stone. They were not charged for anything that wasn't done. They were not told that they would get their vehicle in 5 hours, they were told that was the labor hours. Now the repairs were done that they requested--end of story!!. Then they get on face book telling a different story as you will see, as I'm sending a copy. And as you will see on the facebook post... their seat was lie that when it was brought to this shop! Our labor rate is $100 per hour.
