I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sons house for my Granddaughters birthday and they did not get delivered. I tried to contact the store that night and never received a response. I tried calling the store in the morning and she answered she didn't have time to deal with me this morning. I did message them on Facebook messenger and ask for a refund because they were never received. Resolution Sought Full refund.

My Official response is…. No Refund will be issued because of the following. Smiths Floral Boutique fulfilled and delivered the floral/balloon arrangement on 7/6/23 around 11:50am to the correct address and followed the instructions given to the delivery driver to leave it on the porch after we explained that we are not responsible for the arrangement/balloons once it is delivered to the porch. There was clearly some miscommunication between Nina(sender) and her son Jacob(receivers father). The customer has openly admitted in a google review the flowers were received on the date requested. We communicated with Nina and her son Jacob(homeowner) That we would not be responsible for the arrangement after we left it on the porch per both their instructions. Many things could have happened to the Yellow and Pink Latex balloons that were attached to the arrangement. Please see Ninas updated google review admitting the flowers were received. I am unable to add attachments to this.
