Firstly, I'd like to clarify that the vehicle was brought in by your daughter, and we accurately diagnosed the issue as a battery problem. After discussing the necessary work with her, we provided a quote for the battery, including installation and a charging check. Your daughter subsequently approved the work, and we have both video and audio footage to confirm this approval. We also offered you a 10% AAA member discount on labor, which reflects our commitment to providing value to our customers. While I understand there may have been misunderstandings, I encourage you to verify quotes and services before making judgments. I reached out to three Toyota dealerships using your Vehicle Identification Number to gather accurate pricing for the same battery. According to my findings, the battery part number 2880021172 is priced at $492.21, plus installation and checkout. Notably, the warranty we provide for the battery matches the 3-year warranty from the dealership. Lastly, I would like to mention that we are not part of the AAA battery program, primarily because we believe their batteries are not of high quality after their recent vendor switch.
