He refused to charge for the items till I had more then went ahead and said I gave him attitude and refused to sell to me.

At 5661 Vineland Rd. The Asian male adult with a full beard didn't not want to sell me something that I had already purchased previously. Said he didn't want to run my card cause he losses money and attempted to make me buy more product for his benefit. He refused to charge for the items till I had more then went ahead and said I gave him attitude and refused to sell to me.
