This mrtg switched hands so much that it's very confusing without my knowledge we talked to George Ponnay who told us the house would be caught up because me and my brother are executive of the estate of our mother and father who passed away the acct switched hands again a lady by the name of Kelly was over it she set up double payment to catch the account up to date because we didnt know where to send payments we couldn't get a call back after Kelly I guess it switched hands again to SN I called after receiving a lawyer by the name of Golden and Amos her name is Kristi Payton who is not returning my calls either the note saying that my mothers estate has been foreclosed on I never was contacted even that the account was behind before the foreclosure or that force placed insurance was put on this property which made my balance go up I guess now i have two kids that live here they are trying to sell our home on Dec 5th without negotiating a plan of payment that is reasonable right at Christmas time please help me look into this account because we keep going through this I talked with Murail on my account on November 21,2024 who is telling me I have to have 5700 by the 4th of December or my house will be sold on the 5th she said she spoke to us back in April but how could she if they have only had this loan for two months I wasn't contacted before forced placed Insurance nor foreclosure on this estate until a sale date Resolution Sought I want my mothers house caught up current I wanna know why or how it's went from me owing 13000 to 18000 on this property and an actual address to mail my payments to I should not have to wire money to a company on this house it sounds fraudulent and an original document of what I actually owe on this loan which I have been refused

I have been sending the CEO Mr. Ardley II a request for refund of overcharges $96,374.25 against my mortgage account for almost one year. I have provided complete documentation of my payments made and their errors. They have not responded to me! Resolution Sought Refund me my $96,374.25 Immediately.
