I ordered a rainbow boa from them in November and when my husband went to get it from its enclosure this morning, it was dead. I ordered it as a birthday present for my husband. It has been eating regularly and was just moving around yesterday. I bought through them because I heard great things but it hasn't even been 6 months since purchasing and it's dead. All of my other snakes are alive and well but for some reason this one is not. When reaching out to the warehouse as instructed by the store, was told they only guarantee for 7 days and that the snake dying was "poor husbandry on our part". They then tried to say it had been more than 6 months since purchasing, which it hadn't and were just all around nasty about the situation and tried to say it was because we improperly cared for the animal which is not true. Resolution Sought Would be nice to get a replaced for free or at least get a discount on another one instead of just being spoken too rudely and talked down too.
