When I was called and told her that I wanted to $100 ouches it was never said that I had to spend my own money and send them receipt they gave me the impression that I could use the $100 voucher in any stores using that as the money itself Resolution Sought To refund my $4.98 shipping and handling fee and send me $100 because they lied
