I am filing a complaint against Snapchat regarding an unfair hardware ban (SS06) on my iPhone. I have definitive proof of a technical error: my account (wq.31f) is currently ACTIVE and working perfectly on Snapchat Web, yet the mobile app and the "Unlock" page falsely claim it is permanently locked. This technical contradiction proves the ban is based on a system glitch. I request a manual review by a human engineer to lift the hardware ban from my device immediately. Resolution Sought Immediate manual review by a technician to sync my account status and lift the hardware ban (SS06) from my iPhone.

I am submitting this report to raise awareness and express concern regarding repeated exposure to sexualized promotional content appearing on Snapchat despite the platform's published Community Guidelines stating restrictions on sexual content and protections for younger users I am a mother and a regular user of the platform I have been observing a lot of adult content /nudity that appears on my child feed without being search for or requested the minimum age requirement for a Snapchat account is no younger than 13 I have utilized Snapchat's in app reporting tools multiple times to report such material However no action has been taken no removal or moderation action following these reports which raises concern about enforcement of existing policies my concern is mainly focused on users safety and awareness since Snapchat is mostly used by a younger audience I don't want anything other than I just hope that the company is willing to review this and take into consideration the appropriate steps to evaluate and be little stricter on the content that is being posted since the material is easily accessible to younger audiences from a concerned parent Resolution Sought I don't want anything other than I just hope that the company is willing to review this and take into consideration the appropriate steps to evaluate and be little stricter on the content that is being posted since the material is easily accessible to younger audiences from a concerned parent
