I had made the mistake of posting content that went against they're community guidelines but instead of granting me a temporary ban, they permanently disabled my account and blocked me from making future ones, even though this was the first time i have had inappropriate content. According to their terms a permanent ban is used after multiple offenses. I also issued an appeal to explain the situation, that of which they ignored. Resolution Sought Lift the permanent ban and let me back into my account.

My account was falsely banned on the social media app, snapchat. I don't feel that it is fair that I'm the one facing the consequences of someone else's actions. This is not an excuse, if it was it would be poor. I am a very honest person about things like this. Concerns of my ban, my cousin and my friend were trying to get me in trouble with my mom because she was a past drug abuser and they wanted her to ground me because I had irritated them. They were fully unaware of the terms and conditions. They had no idea prior to this that it was going to get me banned. They only thought it was a little joke to get me grounded. Aside from that, I was in the shower while they set everything up, they even plotted fake messages on my phone to get me in trouble too. Prior to the post. After getting out of the shower I realized my phone was blowing up with messages and people calling me a crack head. I was surely confused because I didn't make the post. But next thing you know I'm permanently device and account banned without even knowing what happened. I feel I shouldn't have to pay the consequences of actions that aren't mine, and I ask to be rightfully unbanned. I have emailed them and submitted an appeal before, yet no feedback. I am beyond upset about this, as I can't even download my saved data, all my memories of my passed siblings are saved on snapchat. Memories that they won't give back. I am seeking your help.
