I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the recent deletion of my Snapchat account without any warning or clear reason. I did not violate any of the community guidelines, yet my account was suddenly locked and later permanently deleted. What makes this situation even more concerning is that I am not alone. Several people I know who subscribed to Snapchat+ also had their accounts unfairly locked and deleted. Despite paying for the premium service, they received no explanation and, worse still, were never refunded. They use the "violation of community guidelines" as an excuse without giving proper or solid proof. If I had violated any community guidelines without knowing, I would take responsibility for my actions but I would still like my account to be given back to me. I have been using Snapchat for years, I have so many memories on it and I would never intentionally do anything to violate community guidelines. This not only feels like an unjust action but also a breach of trust and financial fairness. Users who invest in the platform deserve transparency, proper support, and protection of their accounts. I request that you urgently look into this matter, provide a proper explanation, and take steps to either restore our accounts or issue appropriate refunds. I hope Snapchat values its users enough to address this issue seriously. Resolution Sought I would like Snapchat to give me my account back

I paid for a subscription to Snapchat for a year.. my account recently got banned I was told that i posted sexually explicit pictures but didn't the night it happened I posted a picture of my legs and was laying in bed. I could care less about the money what I'm upset about it that I lost all my pictures and followers. I feel targeted I post content that is my son and I along with what it feels like to be a mom you lost the feeling of being sexy you gain weight etc my post were 90 my kid and daily life and the rest myself and the feeling you go through being a single mom.. I have seen multiple ppl posting sexy pictures that don't get banned mine were nowhere close to their post and I don't understand why I got banned or my stuff deleted I definitely was targeted and Snapchat will not contact me on getting my account back or getting access to download all my pictures the way they have it set up that you can download it or have it sent to your email doesn't work Resolution Sought To get access to my account to download all pictures To get my account back To have my pictures and all saved messages sent to my email
