I need Snapchat to correct my date of birth. My correct birthday is July 31, 2005. Snapchat's app will not allow me to change it, and the company provides no way to contact a real person. This is preventing accurate age verification and restricting access to content tied to my age. Snapchat is required to provide a way to correct inaccurate personal information, but they offer no working support channel. I simply need a human to update my birthday to 07/31/2005. Resolution Sought literally let me just change my birthday to be the correct birthday

my account was hacked and posted illegal content. I submitted an appeal and it was denied after i explained that my account was hacked over and over! This account has YEARS of memories of my newborns and childhood. Username - \ Resolution Sought My account reinstated. This was the FIRST time This has happened I've never had any flags on my account or anything i just want it back !!!
