Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My account on snapchat was banned with no explanation of any rules that I violated. I have submitted an appeal but there has been no response. I have not violated any rules in the communitt guidelines. This ban feels targeted because I am a frequent international traveler. Resolution Sought I would like my device unbanned, and my accounts unlocked

My account got hacked on snapchat and the person posted something illegal on it and got me permanently banned. I've tried contacting snapchat support multiple times but they will not help me. I've explained to them that I have messages with a diseased person that I want to keep but they aren't contacting me. Resolution Sought I want help from snapchat support to get my account back or at least help me make a new account.
