What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. Great Product Bad Customer Service

The company Snaplaces finally sent my order after a couple of months. I am happy that they finally sent my product but I would still give them low rating in customer service because they never communicated with me the cause if the delay. A simple note to let me know there was a delay and offered me a chance to cancel my order would have went a long way. I love the product please fix your customer services. Better yet order it from Amazon!
