Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I called them to come fix my Garbage Disposal they came out look at it and replaced it for $350. I then called an electrician to put power to it and they came out and did that and it still doesn't work. When I called snappy services back for the 4th time so explained to her that I was a little upset and as to why and the lady responded with I don't like the way you are talking to me I told her I felt. Like they scammed me and she proceeded to talk over me and say we didn't scam u its been broke check with the electrician, I told her I it has power but I would like them to come back out when I am home so they don't try and pull a fast one, she demanded that I pay the $75 fee to come back out and look at when I told her I shouldn't have to pay she said she doesn't care because she didn't like the way I was talking to her and I wasn't even yelling, then we got off the phone and they won't answer my calls when I tried calling back to schedule an appointment. Resolution Sought Give me a full refund or come out and fix my Garbage disposal for free with no $75 charge. They put it in and clearly they gave me a busted up Garbage disposal.
