On 12/31/21 I ordered a beast pizza costing $41.49. I received and ate uncooked pizza bough. Thinking it was thoroughly cooked and it was the x-cheese that made it have a weird texture. I ate of a piece along with other members in the home. I called the business 937-544-5583 to let them know. They told me they could not give me my money back but they would only replace the uneaten pieces (16). I said I wanted to speak to the owner (Paul). They told me was not there. I told them, this was not really right being rude to me I did not plan on eating uncooked dough. I told the manager to tell Paul I felt that was not right and I would contact cooperate to let them know how I was treated. The manager told me to hold on Paul just walked in. Paul was rude. Even more so after the manager told him about my comment of contacting cooperate . YELLING He advanced to tell me the cooperate office doesn't have anything to do with his business or how he runs it( they are just a sign out-front) . He has a no money back policy and he was only willing to fix a Jr. beast. We were to give him all the uneaten portion of the beast to receive the Jr. beast, We hung up to await the Jr. beast. My daughter took pictures of the pizza. Unaware that my daughter sent it to cooperate to inform them of how rude they were when we had a legit complaint. Paul called back to tell me since I went behind his back to cooperate that he would just wait for them to call back until then No pizza No money . Resolution Sought Have waited 5 days now. I want the money for the beast back. $41.49.
