Terrible place. They broke into my boyfriends car when they had no rights to. The dude said he recorded what was in the car so we couldn't say anything was missing I have a whole video of him admitting to breaking into the car but they weren't supposed to go in it in the first place so nothing would've been missing. This car was a Tesla by the way so we got all the notifications on the phone. But they stole my Michael Kors purse ($354) with my birth certificate ($80) & the hospital wristband of when I gave birth to my son (not price able). They put my dupe Prada purse back in the car probably because it was a dupe but I had an air tag in it the whole time so I saw everywhere they took it. They stole my GED diploma. A coke bottle from coca colas 125 year anniversary (I got it as a child on a school field trip so sentimental value). My boyfriends whole welders bag is missing lots of supplies inside ($700+) And two iPhone 14's which I now owe Verizon ($1,714). There's probably more but those were the only things I could find missing that had a lot of value , I had so much stuff in the car from moving. Resolution Sought I really want my items shipped to me but if that can't happen then refund for all my items.

Well this place is an towing company and also they towed my car through an financial institution . So what they did was threw all of my thing in the trunk of my car also damage my car lock now my keys does not open my door at all I have to leave my car unlock I didn't even know the issue extra keys. So it's going to cost me more fixing my lock on my car door Resolution Sought Just have better communication and be professional and less unprofessional and handle people property with better care. And I would like to be reimbursed for my lock and compensated for emotional distress
