Me and my fiancée did a sneak peak test in Tipp city Ohio. We were going to do a peekaboo test to see the gender of the baby. They talked us into doing sneak peek with the impression we would have our results within 24 hours that's why it cost more. Well this was on 1/18/2024. We got an email they received our sample and am waiting for results on 1/22/2024 between 4-8 California time however we still haven't received our results. Resolution Sought I want my results and to be compensated for the waiting when we were promised it would be back in 24 hours.

We have received a customer complaint for one of the services we provide at our laboratory located at 1487 W Main Street, Tipp City, OH 45371. We have completed our investigation and included all supporting to BCA for their records. Based on our investigation, the results of the gender reveal for this customer was delayed due to the severe weather during the shipment date of her specimen; however, she was communicated and we also refunded her $20.00 for this inconvenience, which was not in our control. We take pride of all services we offer to our clients and their satisfaction is outmost importance to us. However, her complaint stated in the letter you sent us are not all true. Her results were delayed due to the shipment delay due to the severe weather, but we never convinced her to do one test over another as we offer both of these tests. She paid $170, and not $180; and we have refunded her $20 just as a courtesy.
