We were sold two left shoes and the store manager will not swap the shoes with us. I've been in contact with the corporate office and they are not getting back to me after an initial response. Resolution Sought I would like the right side shoe or a refund.

I purchased a pair of shoes from the above mentioned named on Feb 16th, and as of today I have yet to receive them. I have reached out to the other party on several occasions and have yet to hear back from them til this date. Resolution Sought I would like a refund or the item I purchased.
