I ordered sneakers from snipes a week ago. I received a package in the mail from them that was not the items I ordered. I have made several attempts to contact them by email . I have yet to even receive a email back. I just wanted the correct sneakers sent to me. Resolution Sought Resend the correct sneakers or issue me a refund.

We were sold two left shoes and the store manager will not swap the shoes with us. I've been in contact with the corporate office and they are not getting back to me after an initial response. Resolution Sought I would like the right side shoe or a refund.
