We purchased tickets for the Kid Rock show at Soaring Eagle MI some months ago in the spring. 2 weeks ago my family was involved in a car accident. one had knee surgery, one is awaiting rotator cuff surgery . I called Soaring Eagle in Mt pleasant to see if there was a handicap area we could be moved to as my uncle will not be able to get off the ground with one arm as he is a 300 pound man and a big Kid Rock fan. I called and spoke with several employees of Soaring Eagle at there box office only to be told there is nothing they can do. Additionally i was told he cannot bring a wheelchair on the lawn to sit him in as the hill is not suited for that. Apparently Handicap is sold out and they are not willing to do anything for us. I have offered to up grade at our expense but, only $300. each seats are available for upgrade. I found seated seats on the Ticketmaster site for les money than i paid for your lawn however, Soaring Eagle Mt Pleasant will not refund our lawn seats even though its sold out on lawn and they will have no trouble re selling them. Also the opening act has changed so i thought maybe they would be more helpful. Disappointed in Soaring Eagle. Resolution Sought We would like just somewhere to sit so I don't have to try and get them up off the ground there is 4 of us together in our group.
