Subpar room accommodations. One queen bed was inverted. That is to say foot of bed was much higher than head. My husband had to remake bed and sleep with head at foot of bed. None of the USB ports for charging worked and the coffee maker ejected a hot pod onto my bed from across the room. No remuneration was given upon complaining at check out. Felt they did not care at all. Resolution Sought Deduct half my room rate,

The bartender is white and we have a driver assigned but she looks at a 38 year old that looks minor and refuse to serve. When the why? Come on she became angry!! And call security and they pull us out of the casino!!. Resolution Sought We spend money there and want that bartender reprimanded and apology to us.
