I used their search engine and paid the one time fee to get my results. I then canceled my membership online just for them to bill me $30 a month for three months and when i called customer service they said they have policy's in place and can only offer me a $14 refund because and i did not cancel correctly. They do not make it accessible to cancel a subscription and have very predatory practices. I clicked through pages and pages to cancel my subscription and followed the process to a T. I'm not technically illiterate, it's just a shady business practice for your cancelation to not actually "go through". What they did is not right and i know i'm not the only one who was scammed by this company. Resolution Sought I want ALL of my money back. I CANCELED My subscription It's not my fault that it "didn't process" or that i "didn't do it right". There is no reason I should have to call customer service to cancel!!!! ESPECIALLY when I canceled already through the site!

This can be done directly from your login under Manage Account, our FAQ page includes a video tutorial. We have also included a button to directly cancel from the Contact Us page. Additionally, we send billing reminders leading up to the payment for any active plans to help our customers and allow them ample time to cancel if needed prior to being billed. Included in these emails is our Customer Service contact incase you would like assistance cancelling your account. Customer Rebuttal

I went through the cancelation process multiple times online and it was not registered. I had to call customer service to cancel because the site would not confirm or deny the cancelation. I followed the instructions and it still did not work. This is not human error, other customers have had the same thing happen to them the same way. I think their practices are predatory and I am not the only one who has had this issue. The cancelation process should be made more thorough and accessible if you plan on taking people's one-time payment of $7 and then charging for monthly services.
