The company is charging me for a "collection " account that is at my address from more than 5 years ago. From a same last name, but different first name as mine. My bill has never been late , nor in collection in all the time that I have had this service. And now claims that the account was not listed as a new account but a transferred account for this address. Also, that since it is listed as a transfer of account, I am liable for the amount. Have been given run around for a week in calls with absolutely zero help. The amount was taken directly out of my account and business is refused to refund. Resolution Sought I would like my money returned
