Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They have locked my account with the last bit of money I have had to my name in the single mom and not being able to afford anything right now due to Covid they will not unlock my account will give me an explanation I've called him multiple times and they keep sending me to the same stuff to do the same thing. I'm sorry but my problem is where is my kid needing diapers or being able to see my kids I've asked friends I gave the referral to as far as a friend referral If their accounts were locked there's are locked as well I do believe they're trying to fraud everyone and keep the money I've tried everything I can this is the last resource I have to go to Resolution Sought If their accounts were locked there's are locked as well I do believe they're trying to fraud everyone and keep the money I've tried everything I can this is the last resource I have to go toI would like for them to replace my phones back on the card it came from because if you have a locked account it shouldn't be able to accept deposits there should only be able to shouldn't be able to do anything it's complete bogus and honestly I would like to get them off-line
