Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. July 10 I had a deposit of 1.988 I made 1 payment to access corrections for the amount of 256.00 I tried to make another payment to a different rerepeat for the same amount my payment was declined I looked at my balance and 2 payments was still taken because I tryed 2 times I called sofi account edmiditly and I have ben trying to get the 2 payments and access corrections didn't take the payment sofi did and they don't. Want to give me my money it's ben 5 business days and no refund I'm very upset the money that was deposited is my first payment from social security I need help getting my money please thank you Resolution Sought I want my 2 payments of 256.00refunded back to me so I can close the account

I use sofi for a bank. i had a company that kept charging me different amounts randomly every other day or every month for a subscription i never had. i disputed the purchases and they emailed back saying it was authorized. NO it was NOT! they are the worst and do not care about protecting your money or helping you with anything. im sl done with sofi! Resolution Sought Give me back my money!
