On Feb 26th 2024 I discovered over 900 dollars had been stolen from my account I called sofi and they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't cancel the transactions and I had to wait to file a dispute well I did just that got them to unjustfully turn Down my dispute lie saying I made the 3 person to person transfers to a person I don't even know or never met I'm highly annoyed that they would be deceitful and lie just to keep my money and trying to tell Mr. I had codes sent to my phone to log on they are full of crap the only codes i have are ones. They send me every time since that morning directly from customer service themselves. Resolution Sought Give me a refund because it's not right or fair for them to do what they did I'm sry sofi but I'm not gonna stop until I see 922.00 back in my account balance and I'll take every avenue to ensure I get my funds thar we're stolen from me replaced because I have fdic insurance

My account was frozen by SoFi Bank ten days ago and I never received a call just an email stating my account was frozen for my security while a review is done of my account for charges. I called SoFi Bsnk for the second time and was only told a review was being done of. my account for violations. When I asked about the violations I was just told your account is in violation we are doing a review. I called back a third time as there is my money still sitting in the account that is owed to me that was deposited into that account by me. I was told I can't tell you anything besides your account is pending closure it takes 25-30 days to go through the closure process. What bank takes a month to close an account. I want my deposited money refunded back to me immediately before I contact the corporate office and an attorney. Resolution Sought I want my money refunded back to me and to close that account.
