I called sofi to report a potential fraud as I received an email regarding a new account that I made which I never did and the fraud department would take them over a week to get back to me and no one knows anything. I don't understand how as a bank they could care less about a clients security and identity theft. Now the card was shipped and I have no information at all. I have all my accounts frozen on all three credit branches - like why is this happening. Resolution Sought Be more productive when it comes to people identity and information being stolen.

Sofi Bank put restrictions on my account not allowing any money to come in and out of my account blocked two of my deposits and sent them back to the senders and then I received a large deposit from the government which they held in my account is still frozen it will not tell me when my account will be unfrozen when they were close my account or when I would get the money back they tell me that it takes 7 to 10 days after the accounts closed but they won't tell me when they will close the account and they won't close it on my will and every time I call that nobody has information to help me they said only the internal team can help and they're not allowed to talk to me this money was given from FEMA for the disaster out of the government grant to help pay for food and shelter and they want me to wait until they mail me the money what kind of relief am I getting having to wait for money that was given to me to help me from the hurricane disaster I experienced this company is not a good company do not bank with this company they did not provide help to him my property and won't tell me when they can return it. Resolution Sought Overnight me my check or activate my account to transfer funds out of it provide me with my money immediately it was given to me immediately for immediate relief for my immediate disaster from a hurricane to just immediately hit where I am and I'm living in the hotel room.
