Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I use sofi for a bank. i had a company that kept charging me different amounts randomly every other day or every month for a subscription i never had. i disputed the purchases and they emailed back saying it was authorized. NO it was NOT! they are the worst and do not care about protecting your money or helping you with anything. im sl done with sofi! Resolution Sought Give me back my money!

I called sofi to report a potential fraud as I received an email regarding a new account that I made which I never did and the fraud department would take them over a week to get back to me and no one knows anything. I don't understand how as a bank they could care less about a clients security and identity theft. Now the card was shipped and I have no information at all. I have all my accounts frozen on all three credit branches - like why is this happening. Resolution Sought Be more productive when it comes to people identity and information being stolen.
