I have a checking account with SoFi bank. A check was deposited in to the account and they have frozen my account for over three weeks saying that they are investigating the check. I have called them multiple to inquire as to why the account is frozen and when it will be unfrozen. They will not answer my questions and will not let me speak with anyone who can answer my questions. This has gone on long enough and they need to be held accountable for their lack of integrity and their inability to resolve this issue in a timely manner. Resolution Sought I want them to release my account immediately.

My account had close to 10000 dollars in there. The account was in my name and me and my wife separated. While I was incarcerated she had my phone and transferred. Out 3000 without my permission. Upon getting released I had no access to my phone or email. So instead of figuring out a way to Get the remaining 7000 of my va check transferred into another account. They took it upon themselves to freeze my account. It has been a month now and I have repeatedly tried to get my money out. I can never reach the fraud department, and in The month they tried calling once to the number I no longer have. I am a disabled vet and now I am broke and this is not fair. They are stealing my money and holding it hostage. My next step if this doesn't work will be my congressman. Thank you., Resolution Sought I need my money transfered into my account I use now immediately.
