They installed a radio in my vehicle that does not work. Tried calling them, but only get hung up on. I checked the radio I purchased from them and found that they had sold me a 89.00 radio for 300.00 and it doesn't even work. The employee would only accept cash. Resolution Sought I would like them to install a new radio and one that is comparable in price to what I paid.

We gave him a new radio, we installed it and removed old one at NO charge to him. We lost money by helping Mr. Avalos, but made sure issue was resolved. I also explained to him I'm in business to make money, we are not a non-profit. We did this for him as a courtesy. He was happy.
