I ordered a 59 mist LAST WEDNESDAY and I still haven't received my package. I've tried to submit issue tickets, emailed AND DMed them and I've had no response. I contacted USPS and they opened a case for it but I still haven't gotten it so I want a refund or they send me a new one. Resolution Sought A refund or send me a new one!

I returned two separate orders via USPS. There was an attempt to deliver on Saturday 11/4/23 but they were closed. Per the tracking information there has been no more activity. I have tried contacting their local post office with no success. I have emailed the company and all the keep saying is once they receive the items they will refund me. I keep asking them to check the tracking info. There has been no more attempts to deliver and they won't do any other investigating on the matter. Resolution Sought I want my money refunded. There is proof that I shipped the items back to them.
