I had a membership for monthly massages. I paid in December but wasn't able to get an appointment until the beginning of January. I rescheduled due to poor weather. When I went for my appointment the masseuse advised she double booked and canceled my appointment. She couldn't reschedule me for another month. I asked for my money back and she said no. She said I could have a massage which I don't want from her. I want my money which she has refused. Resolution Sought Give me my money that I paid her for a service I didn't get.
