I ordered a bouquet for my wedding along with other products. They advertised that their flowers are fragile. Well my order arrived late. Also, the bouquet was in a large box with no wrapping or protection around the bouquet. Pieces broke off of it and other pieces fell out when I took it out of the box. I paid extra for them to build the bouquet for me and it looks nothing like the pictures they advertise on their website. Their customer service has been slow to reply and they only address 1 of my concerns and then dismiss the rest "hoping I understand". They basically told me that I have to accept that my products don't look as nice as the pictures they have online and refuse to address the issue of my product being damaged do to their poor packaging. Resolution Sought To reimburse me for the bouquet since it is nor up to a standard of being used at a wedding.

On Nov. 20, 2023 I ordered my wedding party flowers based an amazing Black Friday deal Sola was promoting. I was initially told it would be 10-15 days to be delivered. On Dec. 15 of 2023 I inquired about my order and was told that due to the holidays they are behind and asked for more time to complete the order. They also stated that when the order shipped, they would email me to let me know. I inquired again on January 4, with no response. My order was delivered COMPLETELY WRONG on 1/10/24. From there a stream of email threads ensued with photos of what was sent and what should have been sent. They sent out another box with the wrong colors and will not honor the screenshots I have provided. They continue to ask me to send screenshots that I've already sent. They say I did not order what my photos say I ordered. They have been giving me the run around since January, and I have had all that I'm going to take from this company. Resolution Sought I only wanted them to send me what I ordered, but now I just want my money back.
