I got my roof done through solar bear and was supposed to be on a package for the solar panels however I got overcharged pretty much for everything I was never told that 125,000 system was going to be put on my house I was not informed of this I was told that I would 100 not have a Duke bill but I've had a Duke bill the whole time my Duke bill has never stopped I'm paying my full Duke bill payment so the solar never worked properly for my duke to not send me a bill I'm paying my full Duke bill why would I pay a full solar bill if it doesn't do anything I can't afford $900 Solar's a month and then pay my $300 electricity bill and pay my $1,300 mortgage when I only make $300 a week at a gas station and I have children to feed I've been telling these people and I told the gentleman at solar bill that I could not afford it he told me don't worry about it don't worry about it this whole entire process he said he's working with me he'll take care of me he'll make me happy it won't be an issue they were going to reduce my solar panels so that I could afford it and I would only have to pay $200 $300 a month to the solar people and I would not have a Duke bill this is what I was guaranteed this is what I was expecting and depending on because this is what I was told when I sign things on a line I thought that was for the roof not the solar I couldn't read it and they never provided paperwork and I asked I was lied to every step of the way how was I to know Resolution Sought Honestly, at this point I want this multi-million dollar company to come and remove their solar panels that they keep threatening that they're going to come and take away anyways because they're not doing anything to help me as their client or my family to survive how am I supposed to live on zero money they want me to pay $700 a month and I only make $300 a week my mortgage is $1,300 a month I still have four children to feed I can't make this up it's hard I tried to stop this before it started

I have had issues with customer service with problem resolutions. My solar panels were installed incorrectly, that was just resolved. I was not entered into the monitoring system until recently. My panels stopped working and I have 3 electric bills due to that fact totaling $532. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is firstly to be reimbursed $532. Secondly, I would have my call or email answered that day and to have any future problems resolved within 2 days.
