I ordered two strings of solar powered white light on July 2nd. Today I received a package with two strands of electrical plug in lights that I can't use. There's no phone number or address on the website or in the package for me to contact anyone. I paid for them. The tracking label on the package shows that they shipped from 2045 Niagara Falls Boulevard, Niagara Falls, New York 14304. Resolution Sought A total refund please.
