They Overcharged me $350 and $390 in April & May & these amounts are their admitted error & continue to charge me $70/mo. toward more credits on my electric bill??I have submitted cancellation as of 6/5/23 and have not heard from them.I have copies of all correspondence….I have reached out & gotten no satisfaction..my average electric bill according to National Grid is $70/mo.. I'm 76 please HELP me..they say I have to continue paying contact man is Matty Guerin 240-226-3752 Account #5276215005 Resolution Sought Give money $ back using credits & stop charging me $70/mo.
