Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

I was sold a solar system consisting of 14 panels with 2 free so a total of 16. With Q8 microunverters. After 3 weeks salesperson said he could only give one free panel. Company said they'd honor. A couple weeks later I received email to sign for MID that listed Q7 micro inverters. I called and texted their messenger. Again I was told they'd make it right. I asked to not deal with the salesperson again as he wanted to charge more instead of honoring the agreement. So I was given there sales manager who came out and talked and left with an understand, I thought all would be good though I question when he said he needed to meet with powers to be. I also asked him or told him I still hadn't gotten a copy of agreement two weeks latter I contact him by text he doesn't respond so again next day I contact him he doesn't reply so I send message to their office they say they'll contact him. He replies he had oral surgery and needed to talk to me by phone the next day. I stated that didn't sound promising, only takes yes we'll honor our agreement or no we won't. I ask if it might be better to wait until I have counsel. He then says their att will contact me. Then I ask for copy of agreement from office. They refuse saying they need to talk to owner I asked salesperson he says they'll see me in court. Look I was presented a package to purchase. Salesperson says he made an error. Not my problem. Financing is already set up. The deal includes a roof. Resolution Sought To get what I was sold.
